The term 'Eskirmology' was coined in 2004. The term was used to reference the study of the functions of Martial Arts. Over time, this study revealed insights into conflict resolution, and the product of its research was then applied to other forms of conflict, albeit psychological, commercial, social, political etc. Today, Eskirmology represents the application of cybernetics to understanding any form of conflict.
